Our Mission

CollectorOps was built to solve a specific problem. Many collectors own valuable physical assets, but still rely on spreadsheets, marketplace histories, scattered photos, or incomplete notes to keep track of them.

Most tools for collectors are either marketplaces trying to sell you something, or social networks that encourage sharing. CollectorOps was created as a more serious and private alternative.

We believe a physical collection can also be a serious financial collectibles portfolio. Our mission is to provide the professional infrastructure needed to document, manage across collectible categories, and protect your assets in complete privacy.

Why We Are Independent

We are deliberately not a marketplace. When platforms act as both the record keeper and the auction house, their incentives can become less clear. Valuations may become too closely tied to transaction activity instead of long-term ownership, documentation, and protection.

Many collectible platforms treat user collections as public inventory for their marketplace, broadcasting holdings or collecting user data for advertising. CollectorOps rejects that model completely.

CollectorOps remains strictly independent. By removing the marketplace element, we ensure that our tools are built entirely to support your long-term ownership and provide insurance-ready documentation.

Our Commitment

Building trust requires clear boundaries. As part of our approach:

• You own your data. We provide full export capabilities so you always have access to your records.
• Strict privacy and accountability. CollectorOps is operated by Stefan Klokgieters, based in The Netherlands under European data protection (GDPR) standards. We do not publish your portfolio to search engines, public profiles, or social feeds. We have no ads, no data sales, and no marketplace fees. Your collection remains private. • Free core features. The tracking engine is free to use. We sustain operations through contextual affiliate partnerships for relevant supplies, keeping your records accessible without mandatory subscriptions.
